10/2/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the school setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client was observed following directives with no more than 3 prompts given during instructional periods. During midday observations, the client utilized positive emotion management techniques as evidenced by interacting with peers in a positive manner while in the cafeteria for lunch. During afternoon observations, the client demonstrated the ability to complete assignments and remain focused as evidenced by remain focused while completing assignments in classroom. QMHP provided the client with therapeutic interventions throughout the day. During morning observations, QMHP provided the client with positive reinforcement. QMHP encouraged the client to continue following directives with no more than 3 prompts given. During midday observations, QMHP provided the client with verbal praise. QMHP encouraged the client to continue utilizing positive emotion management techniques by interacting with peers in a positive manner while at lunch. During afternoon observations, QMHP provided the client with positive reinforcement. QMHP encouraged the client to continue to complete assignments and remain focused while completing his work. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. The client agreed to continue following directives with no more than 3 prompts given during instructional periods. During midday observations, the client agreed to continue utilizing positive emotion management techniques when interacting with peers while in the cafeteria during lunch. During afternoon observations, the client continued to complete assignments and remained focused when completing assignments in the classroom.
